2022年總統盃黑客松－國際松由行政院主辦，經濟部承辦，旨在鼓勵各領域人士以科技及創新思維，為現下公共議題提出解方。
國際松歡迎公民黑客組隊參與，不論年齡、不論國籍，一隊至多5人。
歡迎公民黑客從Practicing Net Zero主題核心出發，運用開放資料，以城市為行動單位，提出更有效、可行度高、短時間內可實踐或是有高度應用推廣的淨零提案，透過總統盃黑客松的平臺，讓全球看見你的淨零好點子。

2022PHIT is an initiative launched in 2019 by the Taiwanese government, which encourages data owners, data scientists and field experts to collaborate together, and find solutions to common issues with the help of technology and innovative ideas!
